Our  Kitchen  Rules

WE USE
  • Fresh and Fresh Vegetables & Tender Meet  only.
  • We  only  use  branded  provisional  items,  sunflower oil , branded ghee and Aavin or Hatsun Curd.
  • We use drinking water only for cooking.
  • Our Authentic Bhai biriyani is prepared in  DUM style.
  • Custom branded water bottles
WE DO NOT USE
  • Cold storage or frozen Vegetables & Meat  Artificial flavors and ingredients to add taste.  No reuse oil , palm oil and Vanaspati
  • No MSG – Mono sodium Glucomate to add taste  No Ajino motto
  • Frozen or any 2nd & 3rd quality meet.

1.We have our own inhouse Outdoor & Indoor Catering Unit.

2.Package menu and rates are applicable for Min order of 150  PAX.

3.For below 150 PAX we work on KG Pricing. Contact us for

more info.

4.Our Non-Veg food ratio portion is 1:1/5 ( Rice 1 KG & Meet

1.5 KG )

5.All our package menu designed on market pricing and customer  friendly

6.Package menu cannot be modified . ( Menu can be customized  separately )

7.We give extra 10% of buffer count to the actual count.

8.Leaf serving – We follow Basin serving for wedding non veg  menu’s.

9.Buffet Serving – We do not charge on extra plates upon actual  counts.

10.Package cost includes of banana leaf, paper roll and serving.

11.Extra cost will be applicable for cleaning.( Table cleaning only )

12.Package cost includes of all cutlery & crockery items for  BUFFET SERVING

13.Cost does not include of Special counters, Dinning table, chairs,  wash basins and Table dressing etc. ( Special counters, tables,  Chair, table dressing will be arranged at extra cost upon request )

14.TIPS for our service boys are encouraged after the service and

can be handed over to the catering supervisor in the presence of  our event manager.

15.Salt & Light Events will not be responsible for any shortage of  food during the event.

16.Excess food will be packed or transferred to vessels upon  request.

17.Transportation cost will be applied for all food delivery based  on kms covered.

18.For events more than 500 PAX we cook at the venue and for

below 500 PAX we cook and transport it from our Kitchen.
